Your Slim Self's Coach

Your slim self wants her turn

Stop letting food stand in for what you actually want

Your slim self is gasping for air.

You diet, you lose weight, and for a moment, you feel like yourself again. Then, somehow, you're right back where you started.

It's not because you're weak or didn't want it enough. It's because food has been doing a job for you. Filling loneliness, giving you small bits of happiness, easing disappointment. As long as food holds that role, you'll keep circling back. It's your insurance policy.

But the whole time, someone else has been trying to get your attention.

Your slim self hasn't disappeared. She's been there: loud, insistent, gasping for air. Not as a fantasy, but as the version of you with the capacity to handle life without needing food to cope. And you can't follow her while food is still in charge.

Every time you turn to the substitute, you side against her. Not because you lack discipline, but because food takes the edge off a desire you've been afraid to admit. She's waiting to be followed.

The Slim Woman

A 12-Week 1-on-1 Coaching Program to Put Your Slim Self First

Women don't come to me because they can't lose weight. They come because they can't stay slim. Food always pulls them back eventually.

But your slim self isn't missing. She's been there all along: loud, insistent, demanding to be followed. The barrier isn't your body. It's your loyalty to the substitute. To the foods that hold you and to the old ways that take you back.

But she’s worth following. She’s the only version of you with the capacity and confidence to go after what you’ve truly been craving. Inside, we put her at the centre of your life. This isn’t about meal plans, willpower, or trendy hacks. That stuff folds the second life hits.

This is about following the woman who’s been calling you forward all along and finally living the life she’s been waiting to build for you.

Here's how it works:

  1. Put Your Slim Self First: You can't just hold her in your head. You have to become her in real life. Every decision, every day, runs through her first.

  2. Name What You've Been Avoiding: Food has been giving you a stand-in version of what you actually want. The desire you’ve convinced yourself is out of reach. We name it and stop asking food to stand in for it.

  3. Remove What Pulls You Back: We cut the foods that hijack you, the habits that betray, the thinking that corrupts. Your path is cleared and guarded.

  4. Set For Success: We give her what she needs to stay present and thrive. She’s protected from interference and installed into your life. Staying slim becomes your baseline, automatic, effortless, inevitable.

  5. Give Her What She Wants: We go after what food was standing in for. When she's pursuing what she actually wants, food can't compete. Your slimness holds because you've stopped settling for the substitute.

The work we do here breaks food’s hold by going after what it’s been standing in for. In women caught in this bind, there’s always a desire that’s been sidelined. Something food was only ever pretending to fill.

When food stops propping up your life, your slim self gets her turn. Hard days, disappointments, she doesn't run back. Your figure holds, and your life finally moves where it’s meant to.

If you needed out of food hell and a lacklustre life yesterday, book a call. I’ll walk you through exactly how the program works and whether it’s right for you.

The Real Question

Isn’t, "Do you want to lose weight?" We already know that.

The real question is: do you want to find what you actually crave?

When you discover what you’ve truly been hungry for (the thing food has only ever given you micro-doses of) the pull to eat drops fast. Insert the real thing, and food loses its heat.

That’s when you go from living on substitutes to tasting the real thing.

I’d like to talk with you about your eating and see whether I can help.

We’ll look at what food has actually been doing for you, what you want instead, and how The Slim Woman System works, so you can decide if it’s right for you.

I'm Melinda Harper

I’ve been where you are, losing the same 10 kg over and over, swearing this time would be different. Then somehow breaking cover and heading straight to Coles for Tim Tams. One biscuit and eating was "on."

I started dieting at 15. For 30 yrs, food was doing a job for me. It was the only happy thing I felt in my life.

What finally worked wasn’t willpower. It was seeing what I was using food in place of and getting that instead. Once that ache was filled, food lost its pull and I became my slim self.

I didn’t just lose weight. I got my capacity back. And I’ve helped hundreds of women do the same.
